My name is Flo Maldonado, and Alter Behaviors is the heart of my practice. The name emerged as I recognized that the behaviors we’ve been conditioned to follow are not always aligned with our highest good. True growth often requires us to shift and alter these patterns to create inner peace and personal evolution.

During my spiritual awakening, I searched for meaning, purpose, and direction, asking, ‘Where do I go from here?’ This journey inspired me to offer spiritual mentoring and life coaching as core elements of my practice, assisting others in connecting to their souls' journey of discovery.

There is no one-size-fits-all since growth and transformation look different for each of us, as we are as unique as each grain of sand. I am a QHHT Practitioner. I trained and completed the requirements for Level 2 with The Dolores Cannon Academy, now referred to as the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy.

My years working in corporate America and several years as an entrepreneur in business have given me an understanding of the pressures some clients face so as to better assist them on their journey.

My husband and I have raised three wonderful children, and we have had the adventures of being grandparents to the most precious humans. All of this influences how I work to help others through my practice.
